WHAT IS IT?
The Real Life Living Health Program utilises Biosignature
Modulation™ as it's fundamental assessment tool to help us as
health practitioners reduce body fat in specific areas of the body
by balancing your hormone profile using easy lifestyle
changes, nutrition guides and custom exercise
schedules.
WHY CONSIDER IT?
When you undertake a BioSignature Assessment as part of
you Real Life Living Health Program you will be provided
with personalised information about your hormonal system, your
nutritional requirements, your capacity to deal with stress, and
the optimal pathways you need to take in order to restore ideal
health and get your body & health back on
track.
Each of the 12 sites we test tells a story of your unique
profile. For example, the thickness of your belly button
measure is a direct reflection of cortisol (the stress
hormone) output and your level of exposure to prolonged stress. A
relatively fat midsection indicates stress levels are high and/or
the ability to handle stress is low.
Knowing these sort of traits allows us as your Health
Practitioners to put steps in place to not only reduce overall body
fat levels and restore optimal health, but to actually target and
spot reduce trouble areas.

We appreciate many people are busy and prefer to have
consultations or appointments at their place of work or at their
home and we are more than happy to provide home or office
consultations by request. They do incur an additional time
